    Tahoe Workz LLC is also a Certified Wood Stove Air Pollution Inspector for Washoe County, NV. We service the Incline Village and very nearby surrounding areas in Washoe County. Wood burning devices are regulated by the Washoe County District Health Department since they are one of the major air pollution contributors in the Tahoe Basin & Truckee Meadows.

   The inspection process is to verify the wood burning device only and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee that the appliance meets any other standards of operation, safety or efficiency. The inspection does not include building & safety requirements or installation issues per Washoe County building departments. It is the responsibility of the inspector to advise a seller/owner of a residence which is being sold that an uncertified device must be removed completely from the property and its removal verified by the inspector before escrow can close.
   The charge for a typical residential wood stove inspection is $125. If you would like to proceed, please fill out the form below.
    -Please note: It is unlawful to complete any escrow transaction unless all wood stove appliances in the residential property have been certified as being in compliance with wood stove emission standards.
   If the residence has no wood stove, pellet stove, or fireplace insert on the property, a  Notice of Exemption form may be downloaded and sent to the Air Quality Management Division along with a $12 fee.
